Affidavit of Service

After the Legal documents are served, the process server must provide proof that the papers were served. This is done through a document called an Affidavit of Service, also called a Proof of Service, which must be notarized or signed by A Justice of the peace and given to the party who requested service.

Kindly have your attorney prepare the affidavit of service and send it to us with the legal document 
that is to be served.
